  2. On the portal.stanfordmed.org homepage: • Click the Sign In Link • On your workstation you will already be logged on Human Resources

  3. On the portal.stanfordmed.org homepage: • Enter your last name • Click Go Human Resources

  4. On your profile – click Make Changes? Human Resources

  5. On Editing Information, make the appropriate changes • Contact Information • Primary or Secondary Address Human Resources

  6. On Editing Information, Click Save and Exit to complete Human Resources
