  3. The Mayan Calendar The Mayan Calendar comes to a mysterious end on December 21, 2012. Could this be a foretelling of the end of the world?

  4. The Galactic Alignment On December 21, 2012 the Earth will be located directly in the center of our galaxy, an event that occurs only once every 26,000 years. Could this throw off the entire galactic alignment causing mass chaos?

  5. The Nostradamus Effect Nostradamus was a great seer of the 16th century predicting many future events, including events like 9/11. His predictions include pictures of imminent doom for the Earth in the year 2012. He has predicted other events, why not the end of the world?

  6. Super Volcanic Eruptions About 74,000 years ago a super volcanic eruption nearly wiped out the entire human race in an ice age. Yellowstone National Park is due to erupt any year now, 2012 is believed to be that year. When, not if, Yellowstone erupts we could be in some serious trouble. Too bad this next Ice Age won’t be like the movie!

  7. Bible Code Theory The “Bible Code” was an algorithm developed by an Israeli mathematician who used it to predict the future. It is believed that all of history, past, present and future is contained in the bible. No wonder is the best selling book in the world.

  11. Notes from the Author I thought it was pretty cool and some of the facts were interesting as well. I used a city backdrop and waves to make it seem like the city was on fire and I though the fire-breathing hippo was a nice touch. Let me know what you think! Enjoy! Bobby
