Engaging Week of Learning: Astronomy and Physics Curricula at Trimble County High School

On August 18, 2014, Trimble County High School students dive into an engaging week filled with astronomy and physics. In the first period astronomy class, students will review classroom expectations and PRIDE protocols while exploring summer constellations. The chemistry and advanced physics classes will focus on lab safety rules, metric conversions, and textbook engagement. Various learning targets are emphasized across subjects, with assignments due midweek to encourage effective study habits. This structured approach helps students connect concepts and enhances their understanding of scientific principles.
