  2. EPOX-Z Industrial coatings are design to provide protective and aesthetic properties to diverse materials with the most common use being for corrosion control of steel and concrete.

  3. EPOX-Z • To be effective a coating must act as a barrier to prevent chemicals and moisture from reaching the surface. • Epox-Z is a new generation of high performance, single coat, solvent free epoxy coating. • Epox-Z's products are based upon unique polymer chemistry.

  4. EPOX-Z • A single coat of Epox-Z replaces multiple coat systems. Epox-Z may be applied by brush, roller, or airless spray • Epox-Z is virtually odorless and contains no VOC's or other hazardous chemicals. • A single coat of Epox-Z is 47% less costly than other protective coating systems and can speed up the finishing process of any construction project • Epox-Z has been tested to the stringent ASTM D5894 standard. Epox-Z has excellent adhesion to the surfaces of normal, commercial building materials

EPOX-Z THE MAJORITY OF COATINGS USE WATER OR VOC LADEN SOLVENTS AS THE VEHICLE TO MAINTAIN THE COATING IN A LIQUID STATE SO THAT IT CAN BE TRANSFERRED FROM THE CONTAINER TO THE SURFACE.THE DRYING PROCESS RELIES ON SOLVENT OR WATER EVAPORATION VOC’S ARE HARMFUL TO THE ENVIRONMENT AND ARE ALSO DETRIMENTAL TO THE COATING’S PERFORMANCE.THESE COATINGS MAY NOT BE ABLE TO ALLOW THE SOLVENTS OR WATER TO FULLY EVAPORATE RESULTING IN BLISTERS,VOIDS, PINHOLES OR SOFT SPOTS IN THE COATING

  9. EPOX-Z SOLVENTLESS EPOXY EPOX-Z ELIMINATES THE SOLVENT RISK IN IT’S COATING. IT DOES NOT EVAPORATE RATHER IT DEVELOPS A FULL CHEMICAL CURE AS OPPOSED TO THE PARTIAL CURING OF SOLVENT CONTAINING COATINGS THIS PROCESS ELIMINATES ANY SHRINKAGE WHICH LEADS TO EDGE CURLING EFFECTS OF OTHER COATINGS CURLING IS AN INDICATION OF STRESS WITHIN THE COATING AND IS A MAJOR CAUSE OF FAILURE
