Formation of Local Advisory Committee for 5-Year Update Compliance

KRS 224.43-345(1)(o) mandates the establishment of an advisory committee composed of local residents, as well as representatives from businesses and industries. This committee is essential for overseeing the 5-year update process. Please attach a signed and dated copy of the resolution or ordinance that adopts the update (Appendix 1.1). Additionally, include a dated original of the public notice or a copy along with an affidavit from the newspaper (Appendix 1.2). Other required documents include the update of area designation (Appendix 1.3) and relevant county and city resolutions (Appendix 1.4).
