    8. 8 FASE ORAL DESARROLLO DE LA AUDIENCIA.... El Juez abre la Audiencia Identificacin de las Partes intervinientes Resolver peticin del MP de Juicio Abreviado Deducir Exposiciones de Previo y Especial Pronunciamiento Incompetencia Litispendencia Cosa Juzgada Falta de Requisitos de Procedibilidad Extincin de la Accin Penal Expondrn las partes un resumen sinttico de su Presentacin y el primero ser el MP para continuar el Defensor Ofrecimiento de pruebas del MP Ofrecimiento de pruebas del Defensor Desahogo de pruebas para demostrar ilcitud de Medios de Prueba ofrecidos por la Contra-Parte Pueden existir acuerdos entre las Partes para dar por Acreditados ciertos hechos para que ya no se discutan en la Audiencia de Debate de Juicio Oral (hechos con candado). El Juez de garanta cierra Debate y Procede a omitir o desechar pruebas Y finalizar la Audiencia con la elaboracin del Auto de Apertura de Juicio Oral.
