Logistics Cluster SRFs & Warehouse operations • Send SRF in excel format V4.4 only, all others will be rejected • Send to WFP cargo booking (southsudan.cargobooking@logcluster.org) only • This is delivered to all LC staff, do not address individuals • Weights, quantity and measurements must reflect the actual cargo, SRF to accompany the cargo, accuracy is the key. • SRF to be raised ONLY when the cargo is with the organization (no pre-booking) • All cargo is to be delivered to the warehouse 48hrs prior to shipment (excluding vaccines) unless notified otherwise. • Trucks for offloading will not be accepted past 1600 hours • No cargo accepted on Sundays • Pipeline – forecast is important so we can try and match assets with demands, without this we have no view or requirements and we will be late in scaling up.
