Rocky Mountain Grizzly Football • Travel Itinerary: Billings Senior Freshman in Billings, MT • Tuesday October 21, 2013: • Travel to: • Bus will leave at 1:15pm from Cowley • Arrive in Billings around 3:00pm • Game Time: • 4:30pm • Travel home: • Bus will leave around 6:30pm • Get Food in Billings or Laurel (Bring Money for Food) • Arrive in • Frannie (Elementary School) around 8:30pm • Deaver (In front of School Building) around 8:45pm • Cowley (HS) around 9:00pm • Byron (West of School Building) around 9:15pm • Notes: • Please have someone at each drop off location on time so bus doesn’t have to wait. It would be ideal for our players to call 15-20 minutes before arriving at respective location. We will not leave each location until all players are picked up. • Varsity Games - Snack packs will be provided via Senior Parents and/or Booster Club for long trips. • Regular Season: Tongue River, Shoshoni • Playoffs: TBD • JV Games – Players are responsible for food/snacks. • For long trips, school will pay for one meal per day, which will be the second meal of the day.
