Étude HERA : suivi à 8 ans - Actualisation et résultats des 2 ans de traitement versus 1 an (1) Schéma de l’essai Women with locally determined HER2-positive invasive early breast cancer Surgery + (neo)adjuvant CT ± RT Centrally confirmed IHC 3+ or FISH+ and LVEF ≥ 55% Randomization OBSERVATION (n = 1 698) 1 yeartrastuzumab 8 mg/kg – 6 mg/kg 3 weekly schedule (n = 1 703) 2 yearstrastuzumab 8 mg/kg – 6 mg/kg 3 weekly schedule (n = 1 701) After ASCO 2005,option of switch to trastuzumab CT : chemotherapy, RT : radiotherapy.
