  2. FP5-6: la débrouille • 1 ETP + 1 secret pour l’administration et la valorisation de la recherche • Règne de la débrouille

FP7: on se professionnalise… • 1ETP de plus pour l’administration de la recherche, 1ETP pour la valorisation • Montage de projet: FP7, DGTRE, FEDER, FSE, Interreg, CFr, ARC, mais aussi TVA, Euraxess, etc. • Suivi de formations, participation à des ateliers, organisation d’ateliers pour les chercheurs • Diffusion des appels d’offre

  4. Aide au montage • Réponses aux questions pratiques • Relecture des projets • Renvoi vers les NCPs • Aide au montage du budget  • Succès ? En tout cas nouvelle dynamique…

  5. Aide ‘administrative’ • « Forms A etc » • MoU • Consortium agreement, PI • GPF • URF & LEAR 

  6. Projets • Formations des nouvelles recrues (projet MIRVAL) • Intranet AUWB dédié au FP7 • Engagement d’un gestionnaire de projet pour les labos? • Logiciel de gestion?
