Professor Roger S. Cheng: Innovator in Wireless Communication and Information Theory

Roger S. Cheng is a distinguished professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at HKUST, where he also serves as Associate Dean of the School of Engineering. Born in Hong Kong, he pursued his studies in the US, earning a BS from Drexel University and MS/PhD from Princeton University. An IEEE Fellow, Cheng has made significant contributions to multiuser communications in wireless systems.
