About Child Support

The Office of Child Support Enforcement is dedicated to assisting Hispanic families navigate child support challenges. We recognize barriers such as language skills, fear, lack of information, mistrust of the courts, and unemployment. Our services include locating noncustodial parents, establishing paternity, setting up support orders, and collecting payments. We ensure personal safety and provide resources in Spanish.
