1. 2013 NJAYF SPRING TACKLE FOOTBALL • Three levels of play this season following the AYF ALL-AMERICAN DIVISION PROTOCOL • This means grade based Age Protected Unlimited Weight at the following levels. • First Level will be 4th/5th Grade. Players at this level must be in 4th or 5th grade and may not have turned 12 years old on or before 12/31/12. This level is designed for 10 & 11 year old players. • Second Level will be 6th/7th Grade. Players at this level must be in 6th or 7th grade and may not have turned 14 years old on or before 12/31/12. This level is designed for 12 & 13 year old players. • Third Level of play will be 8th Grade. Players at this level must be in 8th grade and may not have turned 15 years old on or before 12/31/12. This level is designed for 13 & 14 year old players. • NO PLAYERS WILL BE PERMITTED TO PLAY DOWN AT ANY LEVEL • We will play a five game schedule with playoffs following the regular season. • The top 4 teams from each level of play will advance to the playoffs. • Organizations Must declare teams by Wed February 20th • Practice will start March 1st • No Practice or Games Sat March 23rd through Sunday March 31st . • Games will Start first weekend in April • Playoffs Round One will be Saturday May 11th • Playoffs Finals will be Saturday May 18th • Footballs 4th/5th TDJ ALL Other Levels TDY • Books will remain the same Player Trac /BC/Medical Release/Report Card from first marking period this school year. • You must have NJAYF Approved Insurance & Provide Proof of same • NJAYF FEE $250 PER TEAM • Ref Fees $600 per team for regular season. You will be required to pay $120 per team per game for playoffs • You must submit $850 per team to NJAYF PER TEAM • There will be no Tie Games all OT will be played from the 10yd with both squads having opportunity to score. The same rules we followed during the regular season!
