This study investigates the effects of shaking on LEU3A cells under various conditions, including control and treatment with TAK779 and AMD3100. The cell response to anti-LFA1 and anti-ICAM-1/3 treatments is assessed even in the presence of shaking at different percentages. This analysis provides insights into the role of mechanical perturbation on immune response modulation, particularly highlighting the interactions involved in cell adhesion and signaling pathways.
