Representative Sodium Current Recordings in Murine Left Atrial Cardiomyocytes

Supplemental Figure 2 illustrates representative sodium current recordings from a left atrial cardiomyocyte of a ΔKPQ mouse. The recordings depict responses to a depolarizing pulse from -100 mV to various test potentials ranging from -70 to 20 mV in 5 mV increments. Measurements were conducted in a sodium concentration of 130 mM at a bath temperature of 22°C. All recorded currents have been unfiltered and corrected for TTX effects, providing insight into the electrophysiological properties of these cardiomyocytes.
