Development of NCEPOD Toolkit for Local Audits in Healthcare

The NCEPOD Audit Toolkit is designed for healthcare professionals to facilitate local audits based on the findings from NCEPOD reports. It aims to be user-friendly, providing examples for junior doctors in need of conducting audits, as well as enabling reporting back to Trust boards. This toolkit enhances evidence for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities and ensures compliance with NHSLA CNST standard 2.9. It includes audit packs with methods, overall care quality assessment, key findings, and data collection tools, available on our website for ongoing and previous studies.
