  1. MarmosetsBy: Carina WOW! Marmosets are a very small monkey. Did you that an adult Marmoset can weigh up to five ounce? Isn't that really cool? There are so many interesting things about Marmosets. Read if you would like to know almost everything about Marmoset. Hope you learn a lot from this story.

  2. Swinging through tree tops time for lunch Did you know that a marmoset eats insects? It also eats fruit , leaves , seeds , flowers , fungi , nectar , snails , and lizards YAK lizards! Marmosets also eat tree sap , bird eggs , nestlings , gum , sap , latex , and resin. Isn't that a lot of food? Now its time to go through the rain forest.

They can also be found in the upper Amazon basin east of the Andes Colombia , Ecuador , Peru , northern Bolivia , and brazil. They have patchy distribution in mature and secondary lowland rain forest , especially seasonally flooded forest , river margins , flood plains , and streamside. Now time to move on with the adventure.

An adult marmoset weighs 5 ounces witch is over 130 grams. The body length is between 130 to 370 mm and its tail is between 150 to 420 mm. Most marmosets are 20 centimeters long.
