(Dr. Ports) • Use the time factor (don’t delay work) Went Well: • Team Management: Superior communication. • Programming: 3 skillful programmers. • Financial: generous sponsor and good financial management. Went wrong: Hardware connection: Minimal knowledge about Mechanical switching. Could be avoided by learning more about internal RC specifications. Next Management should concentrate on Hardware specification and Mechanical switching.
