  3. Accreditations Group CHAS Contractors Health & Safety Assessment Scheme CHAS is established as the market leader for health and safety pre-qualification in the UK. It is a non-commercial scheme available to suppliers (those who provide goods and services) and to organisations (buyers) looking for suitably competent suppliers. Constructionline Constructionline is the UK's register of pre-qualified local and national construction and construction-related suppliers. UKAS Accredited Testing All samples are processed using an independent UKAS accredited laboratories. CIBSE CPD Our Legionella awareness course is accredited by CIBSE (The Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers) and on completion delegates will receive 1 CPD (career professional development) unit. IHEEM We benefit from a close relationship with IHEEM, the relevant learned society for all those working in the healthcare estate sector.
