  4. He created forty paradoxes in his life, eight survived, and four contribute to math • The most influential math paradox was “Zeno’s Paradox” • The paradox explained how one could never reach a desired destination What did he contribute to math?

  5. Zeno’s paradox works like this: One can never reach a destination because one first goes half of the distance, then half of that distance, and then half of that distance. • Since there can be infinite halves in a distance, you never reach the destination. How is that possible?
