  3. Why try to measure our impact? • To understand the social, environmental, and economic value created by our work • Maximise positive change and minimise possible negative outcomes • Reconsider which stakeholders we should be working with

  4. What are the main principles of SROI? • Involve stakeholders • Understand what changes • Value the things that matter • Only include what is material • Do not over claim • Be transparent • Verify the result
