  1. Mediation

  2. Mediation is a structured process to assist ‘warring’ parties to identify and assess options to resolve a dispute.  The process is conducted in front of a properly qualified independent person know as a mediator.  The mediator’s role is to assist the parties to arrive at a position that suits them both.

  3. If the parties agree to be bound by mediation it can be a quick, cost effective option to resolve a dispute without resorting to costly litigation.   If you think mediation is a process which you would like to pursue or you have any questions about whether you can mediate your matter, speak to one of our experienced practitioners.
