  3. Definition of a group • It is a group a persons, with same objectives, same problems and meet voluntary to seek for solutions to their problems

  4. How does an Association functions? • Regular meetings • Every member should be active • Recording minutes and activities of meetings • Respect of the association’s constitution (constitution, internal rules and electoral code)

  5. Group interest • Same problems • Same objectives to attain • Seek for common solutions to our problems • Ameliorate our living conditions

  6. Transparency in the running of an Association • Everybody is informed of all decisions concerning the good functioning of the association • Everybody participated in or is informed of the principal decisions • The resources of the association are well manage and everybody is informed
