This project aims to create interactive tools for economic development decision-making, leveraging data and incorporating dynamic aggregation techniques. Features include smart graphics and narratives, video, wikis, blogs, and communication channels. The goal is to prototype the tools by January 2009 and continuously develop them, inviting critique and collaboration.
