By providing immediate feedback between parties, the project addresses communication barriers, technological issues, time constraints, and lack of support. Schools can access the service through the BTPN Selangor website, using their school code and password. This innovation not only reduces communication gaps but also minimizes bureaucracy between school management and the Ministry of Education, ultimately saving time for all parties involved.

  3. BAGAIMANA ? • Sekolah boleh mengakses melalui URL BTPN Selangor www.btpnsel.edu.my dan klik projek email 1Selangor • Gunakan <kod sekolah> dan kata laluan <password>
