FY 2009-10 – Comments on Intermedium’s analysis • AusTender data realities • First year of ‘Gershon’ reductions: • 5% 2007-08 BAU Baseline in 2009-10 • BAU vs Non-BAU • Showing effect of full 15% reductions in outer years? • Coordinated procurement effects: • Allowances for expiring contracts and extensions • No opt-outs sought so far

  4. 2010-11 Budget • ICT funding around $1.5 billion • 4 portfolios in 57 budget measures • Not including Defence measures or ICT BAU Reinvestment Fund • cf$1.14 billion in 2009-10 Budget. • ICT funding about 30% of total cost • Applications (75%) • ICT Management (17%). • Health and Hospitals Reform ~ $450m • National Security ~$110m • Tax Reform ~$70m
