Basic Steps – Filling in the official card • Obtain a copy of each teams line-up cards from each coach at least 10-15 minutes before game time. • Familiarize yourself with the form-Front and Back • Make sure all team and division information is filled out in all spots of the front and back before game time. • Fill out the player information for each team • If possible watch the 10 minute scorekeeping video and illustrations at www.diamondbarpony.com/SCOREKEEPERS

Fill out the Game Info Division Home Team Visiting Team Date Scheduled game time Official Start Time Field Scorekeeper name DBPB SCORECARD – FRONT SIDE • Fill out the Batter Information • -Jersey Number • -Name • - Position in Field • Fill out the Pitcher Information • -Jersey Number • -Age if known • -Number of Innings Pitched when complete

  6. Back Side - Runs Scored Record the Inning Run total for Each Team on the Back Side Please rememebr to total - Runs -Hits - Errors - LOB =Number of runners left on base

  7. Back Side –Get Signatures and Totals 1. Please get signatures form each coach verifying info is correct 2. Also please total the runs at the bottom. This is the official score. 3. Turn card into the box in the snack shack and return all scorekeeping items
