  2. Mohawk • Mohawk wants students from New Technology High School to make a carpet embroidered rug • They want new fresh ideas 

  3. Requirements (: • The rug must be the length of 8 ft x 10 ft • Made out of triangles  • Must have congruent triangles  • Pattern 1 is translation • Pattern 2 is rotation • Pattern 3 is reflection  • These 3 patterns must be colored  • Must have a complete rug with all 3 designs  • Must include title block

  8. Recap • Mohawk wanted a new carpet design made out of seven different triangles • He wanted 3 different designs in one carpet which was rotation, translation, reflection • We came up with a colorful design that meet the requirements
