Barhoma Law’s Approach to Criminal Cases in Los Angeles Ideally, if you have been charged with a crime, we review your case and work with the DA to get the charges dismissed. If that is not possible, we will try everything to ensure that the consequences for you and your future are minimized. This often means plea bargains for reduced sentences or probation. If a conviction is impossible to escape, we will work to get it expunged later.
