  3. Desired Outcomes • Increase understanding of PAEP -rationale & content • Answer questions left by previous guidance • Obtain feedback on activity categories • Provide PAEP guidance of its use as a project management tool • Update guidance to both project managers & grantees

Workshop Performance Targets • At least 90% of participants are familiar with the rationale behind the PAEP • All high-priority questions about PAEP development process & usage answered at a “very good” or “excellent” level • At least 90% of participants understand how to use the PAEP as a tool to plan, anticipate desired outcomes, and track & report progress as a result of the group exercise
