Purpose of PDCAPR 50-17 • Our job is to develop and manage courses that • Provide a quality orientation and welcome to new members • Ensure meaningful and competent professional development throughout members’ CAP careers • Strategy • Continuously adapt and improve our programs as CAP adapts and improves to meet changing missions and needs • Expand the use of technology to provide anytime, anywhere learning opportunities for every member
