  6. Display “Main Menu” Press Menu Twice Check Memory Note: File NameData Type Waypoints Waypoints Active Track Log Track Log Positions Saved Track Log Track Log Positions

  7. Scroll to Setup in Main Menu “Setup” highlighted

  8. Set Time Zone Scroll to Time Tab to Set Format and Local Time Zone

  9. Scroll to Waypoints in Main Menu Press Quit to go back to Main Menu “Waypoints” highlighted

  10. Waypoints Page: Check Waypoint Memory “Waypoints” highlighted Press Enter Max: 500 Waypoints

  11. Select “Delete All” Press Menu Scroll up or down

  12. Press Enter Displays Cleared Waypoint Memory

  13. Track Log Setup

  14. Display “Main Menu” Press Quit to go back to Main Menu OR... Press Menu Twice

  15. Scroll Track Logs in Main Menu “Track Logs” highlighted

  16. “Track Logs” highlighted Track Logs Page: Check Active Log Memory Press Enter Max in Active Log: 1900 Track Log Positions Max in Saved Log: 250 Track Log Positions Max Track Logs: 10

  17. Display Track Log Options Press Menu to display Track Log Sub-Menu

  18. Clear Active Log FYI - “Delete All” clears Active Log and Saved Logs Press Enter

  19. Verify Empty Active Log Memory

  20. Press Menu Display “Setup Logging” Press Enter

  33. Change Waypoint Symbol Highlight Waypoint Symbol Use Rocker Keypad Press Enter

  34. Change Waypoint Name Press Enter Highlight Waypoint Name Use Rocker Keypad

  35. Use Rocker Keypad Store Mark Waypoint Highlight “Done” Press Enter

  36. Display “Main Menu” Press Menu Twice

  37. Verify Stored Waypoint “Waypoints” highlighted Press Enter

  38. Track Logs: Collecting Data with the Active Track

  39. Open Track Logs Page Press Enter

  40. Display “Track Log Options” Press Menu

  41. Press Menu Display “Setup Logging” Press Enter

  42. Start 1st Track Collection by Setting Record Mode to “Fill” Highlight Field Press Enter Highlight Field Press Enter

  43. Stop 1st Track Collection by Setting Record Mode to “Off” Highlight Field Press Enter Highlight Field Press Enter

  44. Check Memory Press Quit

  45. DO NOT CHOOSE “Save Active Log” This option saves: - only most significant positions - maximum 250 positions

  46. Start 2nd Track Collection by Setting Record Mode to “Fill” Highlight Field Press Enter Highlight Field Press Enter

  47. Stop 2nd Track Collection by Setting Record Mode to “Off” Highlight Field Press Enter Highlight Field Press Enter

  48. View Track Logs on Map Page Press Page to get to Map Page back to Main Menu 2nd Track 1st Track

  49. Check Memory After Collecting 2nd Track Note memory used increase as additional tracks are collected
