He is dedicated to devoting time to strengthening his community and has helped many local organizations including St. Mary One. Dufrene also spent an impressive 32 years in St. Mary Parish’s Sales and Use Tax Department. Always willing to help, he even ended his retirement to serve Yellow Fin Marine Services as their CFO.

  2. Barry Dufrene Talented Accountant Showing a talent for numbers early on, Barry Dufrene began working in personal taxes and finances after earning his degree as a Certified Public Accountant. He currently lives in Morgan City, Louisiana where he serves as Chief Financial Officer for Yellow Fin Marine Services, LLC. Barry enjoys applying his knowledge of finance to helping the community find savings through paying less taxes and better organizing their earnings.

The company is well versed in vessel operations for a variety of working based boaters.
