INSURANCE • ARS agents possess the following minimum insurance coverage: • $1,000,000 Comprehensive General and Garage liability. • $1,000,000 Automobile liability for any and all autos, for underinsured and uninsured motorists. • $1,000,000 Garagekeepers liability for any and all autos with a minimum of coverage in the amount of $300,000 per accident. • Workers Compensation coverage for employees pursuant to their home state statutory regulation and requirements. • ARS provides a current copy of our extensive and multi-million dollar insurance policy to each of our clients. • Our Nationwide Repossession agents provide correct and required insurance coverage at ALL times. ARS exclusively reviews and confirms the currency of our agent’s insurance coverage to signify that your collateral is 100% completely secured.
