Automobile Industry Introduction This Tally Add on will help you to fetch all the requirement information of a vehicle from the master level to the transaction level, this will give the customized Printing format of Delivery Challan, Retail Invoice, Sales Certificate & Form T.C.R This Add on will provide with such a feature System requirements No additional hardware / software infrastructure is required for executing and operation this applications module. Installation Download the Module and Copy inside the Tally.ERP9 Folder, then Execute Tally.ERP 9 and the give the Path in TDL Configuration as mentioned in the below Screen Shots Company Info  F12 Configuration  TDL Configuration  F4 Local TDLs  Load TDLs on Startup is set to be yes then give the path in  List of TDLs to preload on Tally Startup

  3. Detailed Setup Guide:To operate this capability, user will have to follow the following steps:1. Execute Tally.ERP 9 and select the required Company.2. Gateway of Tally  Inventory Info  Stock Group  CreateMastersThe Stock Group Master Screen will allow you to keen all the required Information of Vehicle as mentioned in the below screen shots Stock Item Master Implementation Screen

TransactionsEnable Tracking No in F11 FeaturesGateway of Tally  Inventory Vouchers  Alt + F8  Delivery Note The Supplementary Details screen will allow you to keen the Vehicle Details and print it in the Delivery Memo You will find an additional Field is introduced above the narration column to enter the Sales Executive Name

  5. Sales Voucher Supplementary Details In the Supplementary Form all the details will be tracked and pulled automatically with the help of tracking Numbers as mentioned in the above screen shots

  6. Receipt VoucherThis Receipt voucher will allow you to keen the additional details of a vehicle. Such as Cheque no, Drawn, Color, Executive Name, Hypothetication, Part/Full Payment, Order No, Model Name

  7. ReportsGateway of Tally  Excel Report  Excel Sales Report  Sales Details in Excel As mentioned in the below screen shots
