It all boils down to how many days per year you work….. 40,000 X 5.4% = $2,160 (To be equalized over 12 months) It was proposed that this amount is to be taken in the form of 10 Furlough Days. 5 School days and 3 not student days That doesn’t work for Classified! • Different work years (number of days) • Different work calendars But 5.4% may not be 10 days for us…..
