  9. Room setup • Head table- 14 persons, 2 honorees • 36 8-Top Rounds and chairs, white tablecloths, gold-edged napkins • Dance floor • DJ area • Podium and microphone separate from head table • 2 Bars for beer and wine service

Timeline • 5 PM Hotel staff begins setup of dance floor, tables/chairs, podium, microphone • 5:30 PM hotel staff sets tables, setup bars • 6 PM DJ arrives and sets up; centerpieces arrive and are placed on tables • 6:30 PM family arrives • 6:45 PM guests begin to arrive • 7 PM hors de’vours service; bars open
