  2. GCC Proposed Project • 130’ self supporting lattice tower w/non glaring metallic finish supported on concrete pad • 75 x 75 foot fenced compound on 5 acres of Bureau of Land Management leased area • 1.5 miles x 25’ new access road

  3. Proposed Project Area • 20 miles southwest of Santa Fe, NM

  4. Background • VRM Class III • Cerrillos Historic Mining District • Nominated as a scenic vista by Santa Fe County • Endangered bat roosts in old mine adits • Company has history of controversy
