  3. Ingredients • 3 fruits of your choice – apple, grapes, pear, banana, kiwi, strawberries • 1 orange • 1 teaspoon lemon juice • 250-300ml fruit juice e.g. orange or apple juice • container with a tight fitting lid To show a high level of skill & confidence in the preparation of Fruit Salad

Method • Wash all your fruit • Pour the juice into your container • Add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice • Prepare orange and other fruits in order so that they don’t go brown. • As they are chopped into bite-size pieces add them to the juice. • Make sure you stir the fruit in the juice regularly to prevent browning • Refrigerate To show a high level of skill & confidence in the preparation of Fruit Salad
