Pointers on the PGS • The PGS is not only for Workplan and Accomplishment use but it will also serve as the IPAS. In this case, template should be revised in such a way that it will cater to the requirements of the three (Workplan, Accomplishment and the IPAS). • The PGS has two parts as follows: • Form 1 a – Physical Target and Accomplishment (70%) • Section 1 = list of standard indicators classified or group per job family or function. Please take note that accomplishment will be at the first row and target on the second row of the indicator. For negative indicator, the formula on the percentage of acco will be target over accomplishment. Blue font for acco and black font for target . • Section 2 = List of Dashboard references or job families where you lifted your indicators in section 1 • Section 3 = Special task or special function assign to you. It can include indicators representing major task that are not present in the standard indicator. A physical target should be set. • Form 2 – Performance Report Summary (part 1) and Behavioral Assessment Ratings (30%) • Part 1 = Performance Report summary for 1st and 2nd sem. • Part II = Behavioral assessment = awaiting for a standard form to measure the DTI core values found in the old IPAS.
