  7. Load Instruments December 22 (not 23rd as in the booklet) After school (3-4 pm) All instruments except Flutes and Clarinets Need parents’ help!

  12. Sunday, December 27 5:30 am Everyone arrives at Jefferson. Check suitcases/carryons. 6:45 am Depart for CID
  13. Sunday, December 27 9:00 AM Flight departs for San Diego 11:30 AM (PST) Arrive in San Diego Noon To the beach! Picnic lunch included. 4:30 PM Transfer to Hotel. Check in.
  14. Sunday, December 27 HOTEL Crowne Plaza San Diego 2270 Hotel Circle North San Diego, CA 92108 (619) 297-1101
  15. Sunday, December 27 6:30 PM Transfer to Old Town. “Nice” meal on your own. 9:00 PM Transfer to Hotel. Staff/chaperone meeting. 10:00 PM Room check. 10:30 PM Lights out!
  16. Monday, December 28 7:00 AM Breakfast (provided). 8:30 AM Depart for mass band practice at Olympia High School. 11:00 AM Transfer to San Diego Zoo. Lunch on your own at zoo. 4:00 PM Picnic at zoo (provided)
  17. Monday, December 28 5:00 PM Zoo closes. Transfer to Seaport Village. 9:00 PM Transfer to hotel. 10:00 PM Room check 10:30 Pm Light’s out!
  18. Tuesday, December 29 6:30 AM Breakfast (provided) 7:30 AM Depart for mass band rehearsal. 8:00 AM Mass Band rehearsal at Olympia High School. 11:00 AM Depart for Sea World. Lunch on your own. Dinner and dance provided. 10:30 PM Depart for hotel. 11:00 PM Room check 11:30 PM Lights out!

Wednesday, December 30 7:00 AM Breakfast provided. 8:00 AM Depart for Holiday Bowl Big Bay Balloon Parade 10:00 AM Parade followed by lunch (provided). 3:00 PM Transfer to Qualcom Stadium. 5:00 PM Holiday Bowl Game & halftime performance! Dinner on your own at stadium. Transfer to hotel after game.
  20. Thursday, December 31 8:00 AM Breakfast (provided) 9:00 AM Depart for Disneyland 11:00 AM Arrive at Disneyland. Tickets and meal voucher provided. Lunch on your own. Choose between Disneyland and California Adventure. 10:00 PM Depart for hotel. Room check and lights out immediately upon arrival.
