  1. Reasons Behind leakage in a Toilet Plumbing problems in bathrooms are normal and handling such issues is the job of a professional plumber. The reason behind is there are more pipes and fixture in a bathroom as compared to any other room in the house. When you notice any issue with the pipes, just call your plumber for the solution. When we are talking about emergencies then leaking toilet is a common problem which we face in day today's life. We are going to tell you about some reasons why this common problem arises. Do remember, only an expert can do a complete diagnose and fix the issue. Loose feed time The feed line is the rubber tube coming from the wall which supplies water into the tank. If the line loosens, it will mean escaping water. Water also starts leaking which lock up the feed line in case of emergencies. Leaky gaskets The rubber gaskets installed between the tanks are attached to the bowl and can deteriorate or dry up over time. After that water will begin to leak from the tank. An expert plumber can solve this issue by putting new gaskets to stop this. Loose tanks bolts can also be the reason for leaking. Failed wax ring If I am not wrong then you might be noticed the water leaking seems to be escaping from around the base of the toilet and the problem behind this is a failed wax ring. This ring is actually the seal which escapes water from the pipe in the bottom of the unit. This ring can shrink up with time. The one and only alternative to making it work is to replace it as soon as possible. This ring is not that costly but for the replacement asks for a professional help. These leaks waste water and can inflict water damage to the floor of the bathroom. To avoid any kind of accident; contact a professional expert who can easily resolve this issue. Never try to solve Plumbing problems on your own as it can make the situation more worst.
