Tactical Response Guidelines for Coosaw Landing Fire Emergencies

This document outlines important tactical considerations and safety measures for responding to emergencies at Coosaw Landing, a privately owned site. First responders should be aware of potential hazards including the structure's suspension on pilings, deep water at varying tide levels, and the presence of vehicles and boat trailers that could obstruct access. Special attention is needed for overhead power lines and the integrity of the building's construction. Hydrant capabilities and fire flow details are provided to ensure effective firefighting operations. Stay alert to maintain safety for both responders and the public.
