  4. ทำไมต้องฝึกงาน ? ฝึกให้ทำงาน xxx เป็น ฝึกงานจึงไม่ใช้ดูงาน การฝึกด้วยตัวเอง ได้ทักษะและประสบการณ์ ฝึกรับรู้ เรียนรู้ เข้าใจกับสิ่งที่เกิดขึ้นทั้งกายและใจ ฝึกให้สุขกับสิ่งที่ชอบและไม่ชอบ สิ่งที่ชอบอาจไม่ดี สิ่งที่ดีอาจไม่ชอบ ฝึกทำให้ชอบและทำในสิ่งดี

  5. ฝึกงาน • 300 ชั่วโมง ให้ได้งาน ประสบการณ์ ให้ได้โจทย์ (สหกิจ) • การประเมิน ร้อยละ 70 จากสถานประกอบการ 30 จาก คณะ • ทำตัวให้สมกับว่าที่บัณฑิต

  6. XXX = ? • นักเทคโนโลยีอาหาร ผลิตอาหารในปริมาณมากๆ ได้อย่างมีคุณภาพและต้นทุนต่ำ • นักเทคโนโลยีวัสดุภัณฑ์ ผลิตวัสดุภัณฑ์ได้ในปริมาณมากๆ ได้อย่างมีคุณภาพและต้นทุนต่ำ • นักจัดการเทคโนโลยีอุตสาหกรรม จัดการการใช้เทคโนโลยีได้อย่างเหมาะสมและมีประสิทธิภาพ

  7. สิ่งที่ต้องเรียนรู้จากการฝึกงานสิ่งที่ต้องเรียนรู้จากการฝึกงาน นอกกาย ในจิต ความรู้สึกในวันแรก และ วันต่อๆ มาเมื่อเข้าฝึกงาน การตอบสนองความรู้สึก ในวันแรกๆ และ วันต่อต่อมา การเข้าใจความรู้สีกและการตอบสนองความรู้สึก การปรับความรู้สึกอารมณ์ความคิดต่อสิ่งที่สัมผัสอย่างสร้างสรรค์ • รู้จักองค์กร ผลิตภัณฑ์/บริการ บริหาร โครงสร้าง • วัตถุดิบ เทคโนโลยีการผลิต การบริหารการผลิต • ระบบการจัดการคุณภาพ : การควบคุมและประกันคุณภาพ • ระบบซ่อมบำรุง • ระบบการบำบัดของเสีย • แรงงาน
