  1. Dress Code for School Pay Attention: What you can wear and what you cannot !

  2. No Spaghetti Strap Tops ! Girls: These are not appropriate for school. You must wear something over it. The straps should be 3 fingers wide.

  3. No muscle shirts ! Boys: These are not appropriate for school. You must wear something over it.

  4. No short shorts ! Girls: Shorts at school should be as long as the end of your fingertip.

  5. No short skirts or dresses ! Girls: The same rule goes for skirts and dresses as for shorts—They should be as long as the end of your fingertip. Important: Low cut tops are not appropriate for school !

  6. No leggings under short skirts or dresses ! Girls: Wearing leggings under a dress or skirt that is too short does not make it ok for school.

  7. These shorts are great ! Girls: These shorts are past the end of your fingertip, so they are ok to wear to school.

  8. Capri pants are good ! Jean capris or colored capris are ok for school.

  9. Boys & Girls: These jeans are ok for school ! They look very nice.

  10. Boys & Girls: These jeans are not ok for school because they have holes ! They are ok for hanging out with your friends or going to the mall.

  11. These jeans are not ok ! Boys: Sagging pants are not allowed at school. Keep them pulled up or wear a belt to hold them up.

  12. Think about this: Wearing a hooded jacket like this is not ok for school.

  13. Wearing a hooded jacket like this is great because it is not on your head !

  14. Dress For Success !!!

Before you leave the house, ask yourselfthese questions : ** Is this shirt appropriate for school ? ** Is this skirt/dress appropriate for school ? ** If I did not have leggings on, is this skirt or dress still too short? ** Are these jeans appropriate for school ? ** Is this more a “mall” outfit or a “school” outfit? ** Make good choices about what you wear !

  16. Now for the BAD NEWS !!! Consequences : •1st Infraction: Warning & possibly UGLY school clothes •2nd Infraction: Call parent, write-up on longform •3rd Infraction: Call parent, lunch detention, write-up •4th Infraction: Call parent, lunch detention, write-up •5th Infraction: Call parent, write-up, office referral
