Expanding Call to Change: Comprehensive Problem Gambling Help Line Services

The Call to Change (C2C) program, developed by Marie Apke and Matt McCreary, provides expanded help line services aimed at addressing problem gambling across 12 states. With 24/7 access to masters-level certified gambling counselors, C2C has received over 150,000 calls since its inception in 1996. Funded by UCLA in 2006 and supported by OPG in 2010, the program has proven effective, offering services to co-gamblers and concerned others.
