  2. CASE STUDY BUSINESS NEED Welsh Feliciana Parish Hospital was using a password-protected healthcare solution. The password-based system had been introduced to ensure that patient data remained secure from any kind of unauthorized access. Initially the system seemed to work well. However, as the days progressed, the hospital management started noticing incidents of the hospital staff would tend to forget or misplace their passwords, and sharing their access credentials with their colleagues.
