  2. 700mb vertical velocity and precipitation • Vertical velocity indicate negative values over central and Western parts of Africa thus ascending of air but for some parts of Africa shows sinking of air. • And since over Western parts of Africa there was high moisture availability and ascending of air we expect heavy rainfall and also over the Arabian sea there was a deep low high rainfall will be expected. • Therefore for the coming six days high rainfall is expected to intensify over western Africa to East Africa and some development of heavy rainfall over northern Indian ocean.
