  7. Wealth adds many friends, but a poor man is separated from his friend. Prov 19:4

  8. Faithful are the wounds of a friend, but deceitful are the kisses of an enemy. Prov 27:6

  9. Two are better than one because they have a good return for their labor. For if either of them falls, the one will lift up his companion. But woe to the one who falls when there is not another to lift him up. Eccl 4:9-10

  10. Greater love has no one than this, that one lay down his life for his friends. You are My friends, if you do what I command you. Jn 15:13-14

  11. You adulteresses, do you not know that friendship with the world is hostility toward God? Therefore whoever wishes to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God. Jas 4:4

  12. Be not deceived: evil companionships corrupt good morals. 1 Cor 15:33

  13. “What A Friend We Have In Jesus” What a Friend we have in Jesus, All our sins & griefs to bear; What a privilege to carry everything to God in prayer. O what peace we often forfeit, O what needless pain we bear, All because we do not carry everything to God in prayer.

  14. “What A Friend We Have In Jesus” Have we trials & temptations? Is there trouble anywhere? We should never be discouraged, take it to the Lord in prayer. Can we find a friend so faithful, who will all our sorrows share? Jesus knows our every weakness, take it to the Lord in prayer.

  15. “What A Friend We Have In Jesus” Are we weak & heavy laden? Cumbered with a load of care? Precious Savior, still our refuge, take it to the Lord in prayer. Do thy friends despise, forsake thee? Take it to the Lord in prayer; In His arms He’ll take & shield thee, thou wilt find a solace there.
