Inspection l VEHICLE ON FLOOR • Brake servo hoses/check valve • Footbrake travel • Handbrake travel • ABS warning system • Fault diagnosis trouble codes • Switches/controls • Heater blower • Interior lamps • Front wiper blades • Front screen wash • Instrument illumination • Direction indicators/hazards • Lighting system • Headlight leveling system

Inspection l VEHICLE FULLY RAISED • Engine oil leaks, Filter • Clutch hydraulic system • Gearbox oil leaks • Auto transmission oil leaks • Steering joints • PAS hoses • Steering column couplings • Suspension joints/seals/gaiters • Drive shaft joints/seals/gaiters • Rear differential oil leaks • Road springs • Shock absorbers/mountings • Brake pipe corrosion • Fuel system leakage • Underbody condition/sealant

  6. Inspection l UNDER BONNET OPERATIONS • Battery terminals • Battery electrolyte level • Battery condition/specific gravity • Washer bottle/s • Power steering fluid • Coolant level/anti-freeze strength • Coolant hoses • Pollen filter, if fitted
